I was deployed to Lagos to serve, and I couldn’t contain my excitement. More than anything, I looked forward to the experience I would have at the Iyana Ipaja orientation camp. From the moment I arrived, I began documenting everything with my iPhone — every smile, every laugh, every memory in the making.

But nothing prepared me for that one unforgettable night — Social Night.

The energy was electric. The music, the lights, the crowd... it was pure magic. And then it happened.

Cross Da Boss was on stage, full of life and charisma, about to take a selfie with a corps member’s phone. In that perfect, spontaneous moment, I instinctively raised my iPhone — click. I captured it. The angle, the lighting, the emotion — everything aligned.

And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better… he reposted the photo on his Instagram Story.

That single repost sealed something special for me — it was the moment I was acknowledged not just as a corps member, but as a photographer. That snapshot didn’t just freeze time; it defined my camp experience.
